Parish Registration

Welcome to MPB. If you are interested in becoming a parishioner please come by our office during office hours to ask questions or to complete a Parish Registration Form. You can also register in these other convenient ways:

Download a Registration From Our Web Site Our Parish Registration form is also available to download as a .pdf file. You may complete this by hand at your convienence. Please return this either by dropping it by the Parish office, regular mail, fax (303.756.5628),or putting it the collection baskets at any of the Masses. You may also register online under the Who We Are tab; you will find a button labeled "Join Parish. "

Pick Up a Parish Welcome Packet in the Gathering Space.
You'll find a Welcome Packet in the bulletin rack in the Gathering Space. Please take one, fill out the registration and return it in any of the ways listed above. You will also find additional information about our Parish and the many ministries we have and how to become involved.

Records
Parish member records are handled with strict confidence. To request Sacramental records, please contact the Parish office at 303-756-3083. For Monetary contribution records please contact George Connolly at the Parish office.

Mass Intention Requests
Requests for Mass intentions can be arranged by visiting the Parish office, or by calling the Parish office. Requests cannot be made by email.

Bulletin Information
Weekly Bulletins: Items need to be submitted to the parish office 10 days prior to the bulletin date. Articles may be emailed to parish@mpbdenver.org.

Facilities Requests
Requests for space need to be made a minimum of two weeks before the event if scheduling for a weekday, and three weeks prior if scheduling for a weekend. The Facilities Request form can be downloaded as a .pdf or by calling the Parish offices.
