Spiritual Direction is for people who are drawn to deepen their relationship with God and to discern how God is moving them to new ways of living their faith in the world. The process of Spiritual Direction can take place one on one with a Spiritual Director, one who accompanies and helps facilitate the relationship between God and you, or in the context of a group.
