Finance Council

 

The Pastor and the Parish Adminstrator are responsible for the adminstration of all the donations the parish receives.  The Pastor and the Administrator also adminstrate tuition to the school with the help of the Principal of the Elementary school and the Director of the Early Learning Center, whom create their budgets for the year.

The parish is required to have a complete yearly budget, which is sent to the Archdiocese for approval.  To assist in this process each parish has a Finance Council made up of parishioners from the parish.

Finance Council
The Finance Council is an advisory council to the Pastor and Adminstrator in the financial matters of the parish. It consists of 6 to 8 members who serve a 3 year term.  The council assists in the preparing of the budget and reviewing the income and expenses of the parish during the year. The council also helps in finding better ways to improve our financial management.
