Counseling is about helping people break old ways of thinking, feeling or behaving. Counseling may be a resource to be considered if:

1) Relationships seem unfulfilling, conflicted, or less than you hoped for.

2) Life responses include patterns of Anxiety, Anger, Depression, and Dissatisfaction.

3) Self-image is low.

4) Self-definition is negative including low self-esteem, low self-confidence, guilt, shame or patterns of regrets.

5) Compulsive Addictive behaviors seem to be controlling parts of you're life.

6) Your religious beliefs and spirituality seem more like interesting ideas rather than a substantial life force.

7) You have heard about dysfunctional families, codependent personalities, antidepressants, inner-child and "Men are from Mars" and curious if any of these ideas are applicable or useful in your life.
