Earlier this week your child brought home an invitation to two Volunteer Appreciation events next Thursday, May 1st. I hope those of you who generously share your time and talents with our school community allow us the opportunity to thank you publicly.

So many of you helped in the library, the cafeteria, in the classroom for parties, for special events and countless other ways that makes our school successful. Please send in your RSVP so we know how many are coming to each event. There is a morning coffee or an evening cocktail party. We are also recognizing people during our mass celebrations. You are welcomed to all events if you are able to come, please do not feel you have to choose only one. The coffees are before school, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. or after mass at 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. Mass is at 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. where you will be recognized. The cocktail party is at 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The cocktail party is for adults only. The coffees and the cocktail party will be held in the Parish Center. We need to know how many will be coming to each of these events so we can be sure with have enough food and goodies by Monday, April 28th. Return the slip or write me a note or email.
Please take note of the out coming events. I know the end of the year can be crazy so I'm sending them out to you again.

May 8th: Noon Dismissal
May 9th: No School
May 15th: May Crowning -Kinders host the mass & Talent Show at 1:30 pm in the gym
May 28th: Field Day followed by a potluck
